Depending on your needs, if you don't want to manually add borders around cells, you can configure Microsoft Excel 2003 to automatically add gridlines around cells. This will add gridlines to all cells in a page regardless whether or not the cells contain actual information.
1. Click "File" - "Page Setup".
2. When the "Page Setup" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Sheet" tab.
3. Underneath "Print" check or uncheck "Gridlines" as desired.
4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
