To make a particular Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheet easier to read, it may be beneficial to control how a particularly large spreadsheet is broken up into multiple pages. For example, page one of a spreadsheet may end with 3 rows of a particular table, with the last 7 rows displayed on the following page. You might rather have all 7 rows of the table displayed on the second page.
To do this, place your cursor in the first column of a row that you want moved to the following page, then select "Insert" - "Page Break". You should see a dotted line appear above the selected cell's row, signifying the fact that the row is now moved to the next printed page.
