Summary: Toggle printing row and column headings on your Excel 2003 spreadsheets.
You can configure whether or not row (1, 2, 3, 4, ...) and column (A, B, C, D, ...) headings are printed on your Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheets. Some desire the headings to help line up data; others find the headings a nuisance and want to use spreadsheet cells as their headings such as 1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, ,.. etc.
1. Click "File" - "Page Setup".
2. When the multi-tabbed "Page Setup" dialog box appears, click the "Page Setup" tab.
3. Underneath "Print", check or uncheck "Row and column headings" as desired.
