Summary: Toggle displaying the names of open Excel spreadsheets in the Windows Taskbar.
Depending on your needs, you can toggle how multiple open Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheets are displayed in the Windows Taskbar. Either all of the windows can be represented in the taskbar, or the taskbar can only display a link to the Microsoft Excel application, and from there, you should use Excel's Window menu to choose your desired spreadsheet.

To toggle this behavior:
1. Select "Tools" - "Options".
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "View" tab.
3. Underneath "Show", select or unselect "Windows in Taskbar" to toggle displaying multiple Excel 2003 windows in the Windows Taskbar as desired.

4. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
