Hide the Status Bar
Summary: Disable the status bar to show more of your Excel 2003 spreadsheets onscreen.
To display more of your Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheets onscreen, you may want to hide the status bar at the bottom of the Excel window. To do so, just select "View" - "Status Bar" to toggle the status bar on or off.
